The use of progressive technology begins with the laying of the foundation of the building, which is a solid concrete slab. In the case of crawling (tunnel) formwork, the construction is practically one whole. Instead of reinforced concrete columns, there are special tunnel-like structures, prefabricated steel structures are placed in the partitions and in the space above the formwork, after connecting these structures, the entire floor and partitions are concreted, therefore the strength of the structure is very high. It is important that in the case of the buildings built by us, 80% of the load-bearing internal walls are monolithic.
