Recreational Park at Multifunctional Residential Complex Park Boulevard Officially Opens!

On October 9, the 8-hectare recreational park at the multifunctional residential complex Park Boulevard
was officially opened. Park Boulevard stands out as the only complex in Tbilisi directly connected to the
Mtkvari riverbank, offering seamless access to both the park and boulevard without the need to cross
any roads.
The park’s infrastructure boasts nearly 2 km of boulevard, over 5 km of dedicated cycling paths, multiple
playgrounds and sports fields, as well as a designated pet-friendly area. More than 10,000 trees and
plants have been planted. Park is creating a green oasis that meets modern standards and is fully
accessible for people with disabilities. This expansive recreational space significantly enhances the
appeal of Park Boulevard, making it an exceptional choice for future residents. With more and more
people joining the community each day, the project continues to grow in popularity.
The official opening ceremony was attended by the company’s director, along with government and
business sector representatives. Contributing to the city's green development, Park Boulevard offers a
