The project employs advanced construction technology known as the tunnel formwork method, which delivers a high level of seismic resistance.

This progressive approach begins with a solid foundation in the form of a reinforced concrete slab. With tunnel formwork, the structure is created as a virtually monolithic whole. Instead of conventional reinforced-concrete columns, specialized tunnel-like structural elements are used, while prefabricated steel structures are installed within partitions and above the formwork area. Once assembled, the floors and walls are cast in concrete, resulting in exceptional structural strength.

Notably, approximately 80% of interior walls in our buildings are load-bearing and monolithic.

Alongside construction methods, particular emphasis is placed on the use of high-quality building materials, ensuring the long-term durability and stability of the structures.
